The position is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with the Maryland innovation ecosystem, the Maryland General Assembly, the Maryland Governor's Office, as well as various state agencies such as the Department of Legislative Services, the Department of Budget and Management, Commerce, and others as needed. The position analyzes policy issues and is responsible for information requests about TEDCO and TEDCO’s programs to policymakers and stakeholders. The position coordinates and meets regularly with the TEDCO’s Legislative Council and senior leadership to review legislation introduced during the legislative session and helps develop and support TEDCO’s policy agenda.
