Claudius Taylor

Claudius Taylor is an entrepreneurial leader and innovation strategist with a passion for empowering early-stage technology startups in underserved communities. As a mentor in TEDCO’s Rural & Urban Business Innovation Initiative (RUBII), Claudius supports founders in the Central Maryland region by helping them refine their business models, validate their technologies, and navigate the path to pre-seed funding and scalable growth.

Claudius brings a dynamic background in SaaS development, UX optimization, and venture capital, drawing from his experience as CEO of Gambix, a tech and web development studio, and creator of Strata, an AI-powered UX optimization platform. His career spans the intersection of product innovation, business development, and startup mentorship, with a strong focus on leveraging data and AI to solve real-world problems.

Claudius holds a Master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of the People, and brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge in digital product strategy, early-stage fundraising, and customer discovery. At TEDCO, he is committed to helping rural entrepreneurs unlock their potential and build sustainable, tech-driven businesses that uplift their communities.
