Natalie Wisnoski is the Coordinator of Government Relations & Executive Operations at TEDCO (Maryland Technology Development Corporation), where she supports the Chief Governmental Relations & Policy Officer and the Government Relations team in advancing TEDCO's legislative priorities, government partnerships, executive operations, and strategic initiatives. In this role, she coordinates government affairs activities, prepares briefing materials and reports, manages executive operations, and works with legislators, state agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders to strengthen Maryland's innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Prior to joining TEDCO, Natalie served as Legislative Director to Maryland State Senator Katie Fry Hester in the Maryland General Assembly. She managed the Senator's legislative portfolio, constituent services, stakeholder engagement, communications, and district operations while advising on public policy initiatives related to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, healthcare, energy, economic development, and technology.
Natalie's experience in government affairs also includes serving in the Maryland House of Delegates as a legislative intern for Delegate Cathi Forbes, where she conducted legislative research and assisted with policy development and community outreach. Earlier in her career, she worked with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, supporting business incentive and film tax credit programs, and gained research and communications experience through positions at Washington College.
Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Business Management, from Washington College, graduating cum laude. While at Washington College, she was a member of the varsity rowing team, helping lead the program to two conference championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances
