Sabrina Spinner

Sabrina Spinner is an experienced program operations and grant administration professional with nearly two decades of experience supporting state-funded scientific research initiatives and executive leadership operations. She currently serves as Assistant Manager for the Maryland Stem Cell Research Fund (MSCRF), a TEDCO-affiliated program that supports stem cell and regenerative medicine research throughout Maryland.

In her role, Sabrina oversees a broad range of administrative, operational, and outreach functions, including grant administration, compliance tracking, reporting coordination, stakeholder engagement, executive support, and conference and event management. She works closely with the MSCRF Executive Director, Maryland Stem Cell Research Commission, legal counsel, awarded researchers, university administrators, and external partners to support program operations, funding initiatives, as well as the management of more than 750 awarded scientific research grants totaling nearly $250 million in state funding.

Prior to joining TEDCO, Sabrina worked in legal administration, office management, and client relations roles, building a strong foundation in operations coordination and organizational support.
