Van Hollen, Cardin Visit Frederick, Howard Counties to Mark Over $2.8 Million in Direct Federal Investments for Infrastructure, Emergency Services, and Small Business Development
The lawmakers first visited the Village of Burkittsville, where they were joined by Mayor Michael Robinson, State Senator William Folden, Councilmember Jerry Donald, and members of the Burkittsville Village Council to mark the $385,000 in federal funding they secured to upgrade drainage and stormwater infrastructure after repeated catastrophic flooding.
