MEDA Executive Director Pam Ruff to Transition to Finance Manager and Senior Advisor; Search for Next Executive Director Begins in October

MEDA Executive Director Pamela J. Ruff will transition to Finance Manager and Senior Advisor beginning January 1, 2027, after more than 25 years with the organization. Ruff has served as Executive Director since 2003 and helped grow MEDA into Maryland’s largest economic development association. In her new role, she will oversee financial operations and support the organization’s leadership transition. MEDA will begin its search for a new Executive Director in October 2026.
