New RFP requests submissions by June 16, 2025

COLUMBIA, Md., (June 3, 2025) — TEDCO, Maryland’s economic engine for technology companies, announced the publication of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the enhancement of the Business Resource Information, Development, and Guidance Ecosystem (BRIDGE) program.

“TEDCO’s BRIDGE Program was established to give more businesses access to legal, accounting, and financial advisory support,” said Troy LeMaile-Stovall, TEDCO CEO. “Through this RFP we are looking to bolster this initiative, focusing on helping participating businesses understand, and hopefully master, the proposal process.”

The firm selected will assist in uplifting TEDCO’s BRIDGE program by developing compelling training materials and delivering training to provide sufficient knowledge and skills to help participating Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individual (SEDI)-owned businesses and Very Small Businesses (VSBs) understand and master the proposal process.

Interested applicants will respond to the detailed RFP, published here. The goal of this RFP is to receive proposals from potential firms, evaluate those submittals and select the one best suited to provide the requested services listed throughout the RFP. All applicants must submit a complete response by 5:00 pm, Monday, June 16, 2025. TEDCO will contact the selected company by Monday, June 30, 2025.

“Maryland is made up of innovative entrepreneurs, and BRIDGE was created to ensure these innovators have a better chance of success,” said Kim Mozingo, vice president of Federal Programs at TEDCO. “We are excited to continue the journey, uplifting businesses across Maryland through the BRIDGE program and look forward to working with the business selected.”

This RFP accepts broader participation from for-profit organizations but especially encourages minority business enterprises, as defined in Section 14-301 (e) of the State Finance and Contracting Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to apply.
