25 companies were chosen for the next round of the BRIDGE Proposal Lab cohort

COLUMBIA, Md., (February 25, 2026) — TEDCO, Maryland’s economic engine for technology companies, announced the latest group of companies for the Business Resource Information, Development, and Guidance Ecosystem (BRIDGE) Program Proposal Lab cohort. Consisting of 25 companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, the program was created to support Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDI)-owned businesses and very small businesses (VSBs) with less than 10 employees in the proposal creation stage.
“The process to apply for government funding can be lengthy and confusing,” said Stephen Auvil, chief federal engagement officer, TEDCO. “Through this program, we hope to support businesses that tend to be overlooked.”
The intensive business development accelerator program provides participants with 310 hours of instruction and coaching; hands-on workshops; certified training through OST’s U.S. Department of Labor–recognized Apprenticeship program; tailored mentorship from OST and TEDCO experts; access to WinMoreBD.ai, OST Global Solutions’ (OST) proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) platform for smarter pipeline building; and an alumni network membership. The strategy created and delivered by OST leverages several programs to increase competitiveness.
“By offering training and access to collaborative networks, we are looking to open new avenues for small businesses,” said Kim Mozingo, vice president, Federal Programs, TEDCO. “The Proposal Lab was built to help companies establish the needed rhythm for a better chance of success when applying for federal funding.”
