A delegation from TEDCO, a major technology investment and startup incubation organization in Maryland, USA, along with representatives from the Taiwan Asia Pacific Investment and Innovation Development Association (TAIIDA), visited Legislative Yuan Vice President Chiang Chi-chen on April 21 to exchange views on technology industry cooperation, innovation investment, and regional development opportunities. During the meeting, Chiang stated that for startups pursuing technology commercialization, "Taichung Smart Manufacturing" can provide the most suitable methods and services, and has the potential to become one of the important hubs for Taiwan-US technology cooperation in the future.
