Benga Erinle

Mr. Erinle is the founder, President and CEO of ATOLLO – a security technology company with a mission to elevate the security awareness and capabilities of its customers thereby enabling them to securely, efficiently, and effectively perform business operations. Through its solutions, ATOLLO enables Smarter Automation and Wider Integration and enables Smarter Decisions Made Quickly and Affordably. ATOLLO’s customers have included the Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) for which Mr. Erinle led the development of a Smart Shipyard Concept & Framework, the Naval District of Washington (NDW), and the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Industrial Operations Directorate (SEA 04).

A Co‐founder and former President of Ultra Electronics, 3eTI, Mr. Erinle is an internationally successful & entrepreneurial business Leader with 30+ years of experience in aligning technology to the needs of business, transforming concepts into sustained customer programs, and building start‐ups into viable business organizations resulting in successful M&A transactions / exits. Operationally, he has an excellent track record in developing and adapting business strategies to secure strong market positions, delivering revenue, profit and cash growth, shaping new business opportunities and transitioning such into customer programs & repeatable business. Mr. Erinle has successfully transitioned development efforts into major programs including the Total Ship Monitoring (PEO SHIPS) system initiative that piloted Secure Wireless Networking technology on the US Navy's Arleigh Burke Class (DDG 51) Destroyer platform including USS HOWARD, USS MASON, and USS COLE; Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS) MOD II – Wireless and the Wireless Reach Back System (WRBS) that deployed wireless technology on all US Navy surface combatants and large deck ships; the Navy Region NDW Smart Shore Initiative that deployed a cyber‐secure critical infrastructure platform interconnecting 18 sites and that is enabling enhanced security and energy efficiency across the region; and the cyber‐secure Virtual Perimeter Monitoring System (VPMS) that is providing perimeter enclave security at 20+ Navy bases across Navy regions NDW, Hawaii and Naval Base Guantanamo Bay. His technology transition efforts led to successful commercialization of new technologies via the DoD Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program resulting in ~ $400 million in procurements.

He possesses extensive expertise in the area of Cyber Security that encompasses risk assessment strategies for Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP) and Control Systems networks as well as in Red Teaming of networked systems. He serves on NATO’s Civil‐Military Planning and Support Section (CMPS) and the Euro‐Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC) as an Electronics Communications Expert in CIIP. He also previously led the delivery of cybersecurity solutions for industrial automation systems in Oil & Gas and Utility sectors in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) and Asia markets.

His market experience extends across Government, Defense, and Industrial Automation segments in the US, UK, MENA and parts of Asia with particular emphasis in Cyber Security and Physical Security. Prior to co‐founding 3eTI, he led AEPCO Inc.’s Navy Networks division, where he developed a significant role for AEPCO in the Navy Smart Ship program. He has also managed network‐centric programs with the Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Energy, and Transportation.

Mr. Erinle has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bowie State University, and a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) degree from the University of Maryland, University College.
