Denise Pina serves as TEDCO’s Finance & Program Administration Lead as part of the Finance & Operations team, supporting accounting, contract management, and cross-functional projects across the organization. Known for her attention to detail and ability to keep complex workstreams running smoothly, she plays a key role in supporting efficient processes and ensuring projects remain organized and on track.
Her background includes experience across property management, operations, and sales leadership, where she has held roles as both a manager and team leader. Through these roles, she developed a strong foundation in process improvement, team coordination, and driving results while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
Denise is passionate about supporting others and helping create systems that allow people and organizations to grow. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, staying active outdoors, playing pickleball, and going on walks.
