Ofure Adubor serves as a Development & Marketing Intern at TEDCO, where she works closely with the Development & Marketing team to develop investor-facing visual and digital marketing assets, drive visibility initiatives that amplify TEDCO's portfolio, and advance Maryland's innovation ecosystem. Passionate about expanding access to innovation, she is driven by a commitment to supporting founders and fostering connections that drive economic growth throughout Maryland.
Before joining TEDCO, Ofure built a track record of leading with both excellence and inclusion.
As Co-Founder and Co-President of InnoVenture, Loyola University Maryland's first student-led venture capital and innovation organization, she co-hosted "Building Legacy: Women of Color in Business" panel featuring executives from Morgan Stanley, KET Solutions, Google, and TEDCO President Tammi Thomas. As former CFO of Loyola's Student Government Association, she successfully managed $65,000 in institutional funding after inheriting a $30,000 deficit, overseeing financial stewardship across 140+ student organizations. She also competed as a VCIC Analyst, conducting due diligence and presenting term sheets to a panel of venture capitalists, and is a Brother of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity.
Ofure is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with minors in Accounting and Information Systems at Loyola University Maryland's Sellinger School of Business, expected May 2027.
Outside of work, she is a published poet, clarinetist, and All-American track and field athlete who competed at Nike Outdoor Nationals.
