Rajaniece Thompson serves as TEDCO's Grant Writer & Development Specialist, working closely with the Chief Development & Marketing Officer to support TEDCO's fundraising initiatives.
Rajaniece is a grants and development professional with over 5 years of experience in grant management, fundraising strategy, and donor engagement. Prior to TEDCO, Rajaniece served as a Grants and Data Consultant for Clay Pots of Baltimore and also working as a Program Manager for a quasi-government agency in Baltimore City, supporting implementation and fundraising efforts for community-based projects. She is proficient in end-to-end grant management, compliance, and reporting with a key focus on cultivating community engagement, stakeholder relations, and marketing strategies to drive visibility and support for organizational growth. She also possesses strong analytical and project management abilities, contributing to effective project-based implementation and impactful fundraising outcomes.
Rajaniece holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.
