Woman-led vendor to support TEDCO’s BRIDGE Proposal Lab program in supporting government contractors’ growth
COLUMBIA, Md., (August 19, 2025) — TEDCO, Maryland’s economic engine for technology companies, announced the selection of OST Global Solutions for the Training Materials Development & Delivery project that aims to enhance the Business Resource Information, Development and Guidance Ecosystem (BRIDGE) program.
“Winning government and commercial contracts is often the ‘make-or-break’ factor for early-stage companies, yet the process is complex and high stakes,” said Olessia Smotrova, founder and chief strategy officer of OST Global Solutions. “Our goal is to give every BRIDGE Proposal Lab participant the strategies, tools and confidence to compete and hopefully win. TEDCO’s commitment to inclusive growth aligns perfectly with our 20 years of experience helping clients secure over $28 billion in funded contracts, and we’re honored to bring that expertise to this program.”
OST Global Solutions, a women-owned small business residing in Rockville, Md., is recognized nationally for its business development, capture and proposal expertise. The company delivers training and consulting that aims to raise win rates and accelerate growth for clients ranging from startups to top federal contractors.
“The BRIDGE program is more than just a resource for Maryland companies, it is a collaborative initiative that encompasses the area, supporting the continued economic growth and development happening in the Mid-Atlantic,” said Kim Mozingo, vice president of TEDCO's Federal Programs. “With the support of OST Global Solutions, we are confident that participants will find a bolstered and supportive proposal lab experience.”
As the selected firm, OST Global Solutions will assist in uplifting TEDCO’s BRIDGE program by delivering training and conducting cohort-based hands-on pipeline, capture and proposal development workshops to provide sufficient knowledge and skills to help participating Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individual (SEDI)-owned businesses and Very Small Businesses (VSBs) obtain capital from government grants and contracts.
“As a three-year project bringing together different entities from Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and D.C., the BRIDGE program will support more than just Maryland’s economic development,” said Troy LeMaile-Stovall, TEDCO CEO. “We look forward to working with OST Global Solutions on bringing this initiative to its full potential.”
