The TEDCO Federal Lab Partnership Program (FLPP) is based on mutual interests and availability of resources. Federal labs may want their technology to be licensed and commercialized, and TEDCO is always looking for commercially viable technologies to help Maryland entrepreneurs create and grow companies. Federal lab equipment and facilities have excess capacity that they’re willing to lease out at a fee, and TEDCO wants Maryland entrepreneurs to have access to these capabilities that could provide a competitive edge.

To facilitate this exchange, TEDCO has entered into formal agreements with federal labs to provide access to their technology, data sets facilities and more to Maryland entrepreneurs.

N-STEP strives to support Maryland researchers by building upon their past experience and allowing them to explore entrepreneurial careers.

TEDCO has a long standing relationship with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to help foster research within the industry.
